- Who is BetBetBet?

- How do I open a BetBetBet customer account?

- Why do I have to verify my identity and how do I do it?
Under Australian Federal laws(including the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) andthe other Rules of Racing in various States), you are required to verify your identity in orderto operate your BetBetBet wagering account.
On and from May 2022, all Customers must verify their identity by the earlier of:
- The time which is 72 hours after they opened their BetBetBet Customer Account; and
- Making their first withdrawal from their BetBetBet Customer Account.
Verifying your identity is easy with BetBetBet. Just go to the My Account section on any of our wagering channels and click on the 'Verify Account' button. If you are not verified straight away, you should be promptly notified of any further information that is required. If you have any issues with the identity verification procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us via Live Chat, or flick us an email at [email protected].
If you have not successfully verified your identity by the time set out in the preceding Clause your BetBetBet Customer Account will be suspended indefinitely during which period you will not be able to access wagering functionality or perform any banking functions. Please note that any wagering transactions successfully placed prior to the suspension of your BetBetBet Customer Account will stand.
If you are unable to successfully verify your identity via our online verification service, you will need to provide at least 2 forms of identification documentation including, without limitation:
- A statutory form of photo ID being either a current Australian Driver''s Licence, Australian Passport or a form of photo identification from a statutory authority.
- A utility bill or a bank statement header (no more than three (3) months old) on which the name and address used for registration or of the Customer Account is prominently displayed.
If you are required to provide additional documentation in accordance with the preceding Clause, you may also be required to provide originals or certified copies where necessary.
- How can I deposit funds into my BetBetBet Customer Account?

You may deposit funds as follows:
Debit Card: We use a secure 3D payment system which allows you to use your debit card, to add funds to your account, you will need to enter a secure code per transaction.
Please Note: As part of our commitment to promoting responsible gambling, BetBetBet only permits card deposits from debit cards. We do not accept deposits from credit cards. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Electronic Funds Transfer (inc. Osko): When making an EFT/OSKO deposit, please use your BetBetBet User ID as the reference number in the Transaction Description so that we can identify your deposit and process a credit to your wagering account.
Failure to provide your Customer ID may delay the processing of your deposit.
Please Note: Your first deposit via EFT/OSKO may take up to 24 hours for funds to be cleared.
Pay ID: Please add BetBetBet as a contact with the number (0457 186 897). Then, using your banking App, execute a transfer. Transfers/deposits of up to $1,000 will be instant.
Please Note: PayID transfers may not be performed until a banking relationship is established. Prior to that relationship being established, it may take up 24 hours for funds to be cleared.
- Bank Deposit: You may deposit into your BetBetBet wagering account at any branch. You can find our Bank Account Details in the Contact Us section of our website.
Please Note: After you have made a deposit via PayID, OSKO or an EFT bank transfer, you need to go to the EFT Notification section of the Banking menu on the BetBetBet Website and let us know the details of the transaction so that we can credit your BetBetBet Customer Account.
- How do I Retrieve a Forgotten Password or User ID?
If you have forgotten your User ID or your password, click on the Help button in the Log-In section of the BetBetBet Website and complete the form to recover your credentials. If you correctly complete the form, you will an email shortly thereafter which will instruct you on how to log-in.
- What If I Didnt Receive My Welcome Email?
We send all new BetBetBet Customers a welcome email which includes important information regarding their BetBetBet Customer Account. If you have not received this email, you may be blocking communications from us. BetBetBet recommends that you add [email protected] to your Safe Sender list or your Contacts.
- How Do I Make a Withdrawal from My BetBetBet Customer Account?
You can submit a withdrawal request via the Banking tab in My Account.
Deposited funds must be turned over (i.e. wagered) at least once before they will be able to be withdrawn.
Withdrawal requests are processed twice daily with cut-off times being 11am and 6pm.
BetBetBet utilises Bendigo Bank fast payments and in most cases funds are instantly available after we have processed your withdrawal request. In some cases however, processing may take longer due to their being no prior banking relationship established, or for other issues in the banking system that are outside the control of BetBetBet.
- What Happens if One of the Horses I Backed is Withdrawn/Scratched?
If you placed your bet on the scratched runner before the declaration of the final field (i.e. the time at which final acceptances are lodged), your bet is treated as a losing bet. If the bet formed part of a multi-leg or parlay bet, the entire multi-leg bet is treated as a losing bet.
If you placed your bet on the scratched runner after the declaration of the final field (i.e. the time at which final acceptances are lodged), your bet will be refunded in full except if the bet formed part of a multi-leg or parlay bet, in which event the multi-leg bet will stand and the dividend will be downwardly adjusted to account for the removal of the bet on the scratched runner.
- What Are the Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits?
The minimum amount that a Customer can stake on any wager is $1.00.
The amount that a Customer is able to stake on any wager will be determined on a case-by-case basis by BetBetBet Management depending on the event on which the wager is placed and the prevailing market conditions.
BetBetBet will attempt to satisfy all bet requests but may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject or partially accept certain bet requests subject to any 'Minimum Bet Limits' applicable to the relevant event.
Minimum Bet Limits
- A number of Australian wagering control bodies prescribe 'Minimum Bet Limits' for the benefit of punters.
- For events to which a 'Minimum Bet Limit' applies, BetBetBet are obliged to accept wagers in which a Customer's potential profit is below the specified threshold.
- 'Minimum Bet Limits' apply only to Fixed Odds bets. They do not apply to bets on 'Top Fluctuation', 'Best of the Best', 'Tote' or 'Tote-Derivative' products, racing exotics, or multi-leg bets.

Minimum Bet Limits apply to bets placed after 9:00am on the day of the race meeting, unless the meeting is a night meeting in which event the Minimum Bet Limits take effect at 2:00pm on the day of the race meeting.
